The Iowa Hawkeyes put together what was probably their best game of the season on Saturday, a 22-0 win over Rutgers.
Check out all the highlights and re-live the win through our live blog.
FINAL: Iowa 22, Rutgers 0
4Q/4:39 Kaleb Brown scores first touchdown as a Hawkeye
Brown takes a screen pass, breaks a tackle and waltzes into the end zone to give Iowa a 22-0 lead after the extra point.
That'll just about seal this one.
4Q/5:16 Quinn Schulte nabs an interception
Gavin Wimsatt overthrows his intended pass-catcher and the ball falls into the hands of QuinnSchulte, who returns the ball 39 yards to get down to the Rutgers 10-yard line.
4Q/5:43 Drew Stevens adds another field goal
Iowa up to a 15-0 lead after a 24-yard field goal from Stevens, his third of the afternoon.
Still a two-score game, but man it does not feel like the Rutgers offense can do anything against the Iowa defense today.
4Q/12:13 Iowa offense gets good field position
After a three-and-out and a punt from Rutgers, the Hawkeyes take over at midfield. A TD will put this game away. A FG and it's still a two-score game, though a wildly unlikely comeback would have to take place for that to matter.
4Q/ 13:38 Iowa finds the end zone
The first touchdown of the day for either team gives the Hawkeyes a 12-0 lead at the start of the fourth quarter. This one was a four-yard run from Jaziun Patterson. The 2-point conversion was originally ruled good, a pass from Deacon Hill to Kaleb Brown. But upon review, it was overturned, Brown was short of the goal line on the try.
This game also marks the first time all season the Hawkeyes have thrown for 200+ yards. Hill has 203 on the afternoon.
END OF THIRD QUARTER: Iowa 6, Rutgers 0
Hawkeyes have the ball just outside the red zone to start the fourth quarter. They'll have second-and-8 from the 26 yard line when we return to action.
3Q/4:18 Iowa tacks on another field goal
Hawkeyes take a 6-0 lead on a 43-yard field goal from Drew Stevens.
Big play on that drive was a 54-yard strike from Deacon Hill to Zach Ortwerth, it was Ortwerth's first career catch and he was WIDE open behind the Rutgers defense.
3Q/6:22 Yet another punt. I bet you're shocked
Rutgers goes three-and-out and punts it back to Iowa.
Hawkeyes start this drive at their own 21. Iowa leads 3-0.
3Q/7:51 Iowa punts it right back
After getting one first down, Iowa is forced to punt it back.
Rutgers will start at their own 26 yard line.
Iowa up 3-0.
3Q/10:06 Rutgers forced to punt after false start on fourth and short
The Scarlett Knights were driving into Iowa territory and lined up to go for a fourth-and-1. But a false start forces a punt.
Iowa will start their first drive of the second half from the 13 yard line.
3Q/15:00 Rutgers gets the ball to start the third
30 minutes of football to play in Iowa City. Scarlett Knights start with the ball at their own 25.
HALFTIME: Iowa 3, Rutgers 0
Scarlett Knights get the ball to start the second half.
2Q/0:09 Deacon Hill gets picked off
Rutgers DB Max Melton picks off a route at the front pylon. He just sat on it and jumped the route. Hill was looking there the whole way.
2Q/00:14 Hawkeyes driving behind Decon Hill's arm
Iowa is down to the 12 yard line and has one timeout remaining.
2Q/2:50 Hawkeyes get on the board first
The drive stalls out at the Rutgers 14 yard line, but Drew Stevens is able to drill a 32 yard field goal.
Iowa up 3-0.
2Q/5:34 Iowa offense enters the red zone
The Hawkeyes benefit from good field position after a bad punt and march down the field. They're in the red zone now, the first time either team has crossed the opposition's 20 all day.
They'll face a first-and-10 from the Scarlett Knights' 20
2Q/11:09 Tory Taylor boots it away
The Hawkeyes opt to punt instead of going for it on fourth down and Taylor boots it 50 yards. Rutgers offense out on the field now, drive starts from their own 10 yard line.
2Q/11:16 Big fourth down awaiting Iowa
The Hawkeyes face a fourth-and-1 from their own side of the field. It looks like they plan to go for it, but Kirk Ferentz calls a timeout to think it over.
Deacon Hill already converted on one fourth and short today, but that was in Rutgers territory.
END OF FIRST QUARTER: Rutgers 0, Iowa 0
The Scarlett Knights face a fourth down from the Iowa 44 when the second quarter begins.
1Q/4:17 Iowa forced to punt, Rutgers takes over
After a few productive plays to get out of the shadow of their own end zone, Deacon Hill fires it too strong and it bounces off the wideout's hands. That brought up a punt.
The Rutgers return man muffed it but was able to fall on it. Scarlett Knights take over from their own 21.
1Q/6:58 Iowa defense forces a Rutgers punt
The Scarlett Knights drove down the field and made it across the 50 before a few pre-snap penalties saw their drive stall.
A nice punt pins Iowa's offense back at the 5-yard line to start their next possession.
1Q/10:58 Hawkeyes can't strike first, Drew Stevens misses FG
After a smooth opening drive fizzles out at the Rutgers 30, Drew Stevens misses a 47-yard field goal. Rutgers takes the ball now with it all tied up 0-0.
1Q/15:00 We're underway from Iowa City
Hawkeyes will start with the ball at their own 25 after a touchback
About to get going between Iowa and Rutgers, but TV might wait
Rutgers wins the toss and defers to the second half. Iowa will start the game with the ball. The Illinois vs. Indiana game is going to overtime, so the broadcast may not start right away. Will have to pick up the game already in progress.
2:30 Kickoff delayed a bit from Kinnick Stadium
The start of this one has been pushed back to 2:45, presumably due to the Illinois vs. Indiana game running a bit long on TV.
